A little about the piece…

I encourage artists to create in what ever mood the day finds them in. There’s no point waiting for the ‘perfect’ time as every moment is potentially inspirational, it’s down to how you perceive & respond to it creatively. This series of what I call inspirational, uplifting, affirmations would not have transpired had I not been in a bad mood that turned good. I felt the whole process from idea through to pattern design, casting in metal & exhibiting this edgy body of work very liberating .

This piece has a fabulous weight & feel to it, very tactile with hand cut high raised lettering on the front & a silky smooth high polished back.
